A huge shoutout to the Rapid City Rush, who have gone above and beyond to make their March 24th game for LifeScape sensory friendly!
It’s part of the Hockey-for-All movement to welcome those who prefer less sensory input. It will still be the fastest game on ice, but with no airhorns, lower-volume music, no flashing ad billboards, andconsistent lighting throughout the game. A Sensory Room and kits will also be available. Rush management has worked with LifeScape staff to learn how they can make the experience more comfortable for all, and we really appreciate it! Guests are asked to leave cowbells and noise makers at home for this game.
Use this link for $20 tickets with $7 coming back to LifeScape! https://fevo-enterprise.com/event/Lifescapechuck. Plus, through their Chuck-a-Puck charitable program, you can buy a three-pack of pucks for $5 from volunteers at the game to “chuck” into a basket between periods! Successful “chuckers” divide up half the pot, with the other half going to LifeScape!
Come and support the Rush as they take on the Utah Grizzlies on Sunday, March 24th. The puck drops at 4:05 p.m.!
