Midco Grant brings interactive learning platform closer to reality

We thank the Midco Foundation’s generosity in supporting our mission at LifeScape! Their gift of $1500 gets us much closer to securing a TAPit Interactive Education Display for children and some adults served by LifeScape. Pictured is Midco Field Service Manager Brad Hoff (left) with LifeScape CEO Steve Watkins.

The TAPit platform is an interactive learning station designed to provide accessibility to all students. It reinforces skills that can be used in other computer-based learning programs. This helps kids with differing abilities learn at their own pace.

Serving a wide range of special needs, TAPit provides multiple modes of learning to accommodate tactile, visual, and auditory learners. It can provide learning, treatment, and therapy opportunities for those with:

  • ADD & ADHD
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Developmental Delays
  • Down Syndrome
  • Fine Motor Delays
  • Hearing Disabilities
  • Intellectual Disabilities
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Muscular Dystrophy
  • Sensory Processing Disorder
  • Spinal Cord Injuries
  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Vision Disabilities

If you’d like to contribute to the TAPit Interactive Education Display, click on the   button and specify TAP-it in the comments section, or contact Director of Major Gifts Kameron Nelson at   or (605) 444-9803.
